I’m Norman Douglas, the proud owner of Phase II Auto Detailing.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I worked as an electrician in Jamaica and ran a transformer winding and manufacturing company for ten years. However, after immigrating to Canada, I couldn’t find a job in the same trade as I was required to retake the courses to qualify.
Since I loved automobiles and was passionate about serving customers, I decided to set up a car detailing enterprise that cleans, restores, and protects vehicles.
Since launching my car detailing business in1990, the industry has evolved significantly. Higher grade materials are now available, and there are more tools to carry out effective marketing. Therefore, I like to continuously learn new things and experiment with various methods to improve the customer experience.
I also work hard for customers, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my empathy. In addition, I attribute my success to Jesus. My strong faith ensures that I work with honesty and integrity while making sure I surpass my clients’ expectations.
As a result, it fills me with immense satisfaction when I can make clients happy by removing paint from paint on their vehicles. It’s also rewarding as the boss to set my own working hours.
When I’m not taking out scratches from vehicles, I love walking, cooking, baking, reading, and spending quality time with family. I also advocate for good causes that support mental health.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
